About Sewak and the people behind it
Who created Sewak?
Sewak was created in Leicester by Adam Sulayman, a pharmacist with nearly two decades of healthcare experience. Adam also founded Salahuddin Dates, an established independent food and chocolate business.
Has Sewak been clinically tested?
Yes. Twenty one volunteers used Sewak twice daily for four weeks. The report recorded an average 33% reduction in tooth sensitivity after 28 days. Participants also confirmed freshness, gentle cleaning, visible plaque removal and suitability for sensitive teeth and gums. You can see the findings and manufacturer report here.
What happens if the production timetable changes?
We will email customers with material updates. You can request cancellation before dispatch, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

About the toothpaste
What does Sewak taste like?
It has a fresh floral and lemon character. It is not designed as another strongly minty toothpaste.
Is it fluoride-free?
Yes, this formula is fluoride-free.
Is it vegan friendly?
Yes, the product is labelled vegan friendly.
Is it suitable for sensitive gums?
The formula is designed for a gentle clean and care for sensitive gums. Stop using it if irritation occurs and consult a dentist when needed.
What size is the tube?
Each boxed tube contains 100 ml / 3.4 fl oz.
Why Miswak and black seed oil?
Miswak has a long history in oral care. Sewak combines Miswak extract with black seed oil in a modern daily toothpaste.
Why is the full formulation not online?
The legally required ingredient list is printed on the packaging. The exact development ratios and proprietary formulation are not published while we protect the work behind it.

Why are you taking pre-orders?
Pre-orders fund the first full production run and help us reach the manufacturing volume needed to make Sewak more widely available.
When will my order ship?
