We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Sewak is a cosmetic oral-care product. Website information is general information and is not medical or dental advice.
Pre-orders
A pre-order reserves a product from a planned production run. The current target is dispatch by 31 December 2026, or sooner if the production target is reached early. This is a target rather than a guaranteed date because manufacturing timing can change.
If a material delay occurs, we will provide an update and available options. You may request cancellation before dispatch, subject to your statutory rights.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed.
Future milestone reductions, promotions or price changes do not retrospectively alter the price of a completed order.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be authorised, information is materially incorrect, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If payment has been taken for an order we cancel, it will be refunded.
Intellectual property
The Sewak name, branding, packaging, website content, graphics and product materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights that apply where they live.
