UK delivery
UK delivery is currently a flat £2.99 for Sewak toothpaste orders.
International delivery
International tracked shipping is available for parcels up to 2kg. Current rates are:

International taxes, customs and local fees
International shipping charges paid to Sewak cover carriage only. They do not include any import VAT or GST, sales taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling charges, administration fees or other local charges imposed by the destination country, postal service, customs authority or courier.
The recipient is responsible for paying all such charges. These fees are set by third parties and are outside Sewak's control, so we cannot predict or guarantee the amount payable.
Pre-order production timeline
Our aim is to reach the 5,000-tube production target by 31 December 2026. If the target is reached sooner, production can begin sooner.
Once the 5,000-tube target is reached, manufacturing and preparation for dispatch are expected to take approximately 8 weeks. If timing changes materially, affected customers will receive an update and the available options.
After dispatch
Carrier estimates begin when the parcel leaves us, not when the pre-order was placed. International orders may also be delayed by customs processing after entering the destination country.
Missing or damaged parcels
If a parcel appears delayed, damaged or missing, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
