Pre-order cancellations
You may contact us to request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been dispatched. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Returns after delivery
Contact us promptly if your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please include your order number and photographs where relevant.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened toothpaste cannot normally be returned merely because you have changed your mind. This restriction does not apply where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
